An NMW specialist with over 17 years of experience in the field. Katy worked for 12 years at HM Revenue & Customs before heading up an NMW department at a multinational accountancy firm. 

Having worked for both sides in NMW investigations, Katy has in-depth knowledge and experience managing the process. 

Katy's work at HMRC involved investigations across the entire spectrum. This included severe and deliberate non – compliance to enforcement within the UK's largest and most complex employers either directly, via agencies or through their supply chains. Katy was also responsible for delivering internal training to HMRC’s Specialist Enforcement Team compliance officers, who focus on compliance within Large and Complex Businesses.

Following this, Katy developed an NMW offering at a multinational accountancy firm and supported numerous Large businesses with their compliance and complex HMRC enquiries.
